Does the card renew automatically? Where can I pick it up?

Upon expiration, the card is automatically renewed only if it has been used within the last 12 months.

You can request:

• home delivery of the card via courier;
• Withdrawal from any BT branch, directly from the BT Pay app.

The new card can be picked up:

• from the BT unit selected in the application; or
• from the BT branch you visit most often, after receiving the text message.

The card is kept on the premises for 3 months.

If you have BT Pay, you’ll see your new card in the app right at the start of the month it expires ⏳.
All you have to do is tap the “Add Card” button in the top right corner and follow the steps.

Once added, you'll also have access to the information needed for online payments:

• card number;
• CVV code;
• expiration date.

❗ Important: The card can be used until the last day of the month in which the expiration date falls (month/year format).
