Time T zero: Justified when the financing agreement is signed by a bank statement - any account, from any bank, even a deposit account, or by a letter of credit approval or a credit agreement for financing the current activity.

Time T + 1: After signing the grant agreement both by you and by the Ministry through the AIMMAIPE, the 15% contribution to the grant account must be secured so that the bank can transfer the counterpart of the grant requested by the beneficiary. Only after the grant has been received can you start using the money in the grant account.
