The SMS Alert service informs you 24/7 about transactions made with your card, namely: 

• When you make card payments at POS terminals, domestically and abroad
• When you make online card payments, domestically and abroad
• When you withdraw money from an ATM, at home and abroad
• When you pay your bills at a BT ATM
• When a card is blocked/unblocked with the help of our colleagues in the call center
• When you receive the money in your account

Messages regarding account deposits are sent between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. (Monday through Saturday, except Sundays and public holidays), and notifications for deposits received outside this period will be sent on the next business day.

If the service is active on a cardholder card or legal entity card, you will only receive SMS messages regarding transactions made with the card.
