When does the policy take effect after the offer is accepted over the phone?
Metropolitan Life's Comfort Extra insurance takes effect on date of receipt of insurance documents, as applicable:
a) the date of receipt of the enrolment e-mail;
b) the date of signature of the confirmation of receipt of the insurance documents sent by courier.
