Does the BT Express machine give change when paying bills if I don't have a fixed amount to pay?
The automatic payment machine, called BT Express, doesn't give change, but the extra money deposited is considered a prepayment to the utility provider (if you pay more than one bill, the extra money goes to the provider of the last bill scanned into the machine) 😊
