I have an account in Italy. Is it possible to withdraw money directly from Romania from BT?

Currently you can only do this if you have opened an account with Banca Transilvania. If you already have one, you can transfer from your BT Italy account to your BT account in your country.

Instead, if you have a BT Italia card, you can withdraw money from any ATM in Romania.
