I've changed my phone lately and can no longer install the BT24 Mobile Banking app on Android. What do I need to do to access it?

To solve this problem, you can quickly follow one of the steps below: 

⠀You can delete your other devices on which you have installed the app. From the Internet Banking you need to go to the "My Profile " menu ➭ "Manage mobile devices" section ;

⠀you can still delete your other devices using Mobile Banking. Open the app and, after logging in, go to the "Useful "➭ "Manage your devices" section.
