I received an email/SMS from BT which looks suspicious.

Well, if something seems too good to be true or you have the slightest suspicion that it's fraud, it most likely is. Watch out for messages that appear to be from Banca Transilvania (or banks in general). We will never ask you for access data (passwords, PIN, card CVV) - by phone, SMS, e-mail, etc. If you receive such an e-mail, let us know as soon as possible on the dedicated fraud helpline number: 0264 308 055.

Avoid accessing links received from unknown sources and do not fill in your personal or banking details on these links. If you are suspicious about an offer, avoid accessing the material and verify the existence of the promotion or offer on an official company communication channel.
