I received the physical card. How do I activate it?
Once you receive your card by courier, you must activate it before you can use it. How do you activate it?
From BT Pay choose the option Click to activate the physical card - I have received my card and enter your app PIN or biometrics (facial recognition/faceprint)
You will receive an activation code from us by SMS
With the code you receive from us you need to do one of the following: either withdraw cash from any ATM (it needs to be a successfully completed transaction) or make a payment at a merchant by inserting the card and the activation code into the POS (payment terminal)
You will be able to use the physical card even when withdrawing money from an ATM. You can use the digital card at any time, there is no conditional activation of the physical card
