I have pillar 2 with BRD Pensions. When can I bring it to BT?

You can transfer the pillar 2 held at BRD Pensions to BT only after all authorisations and approvals have been received from the competent institutions (Financial Supervisory Authority, etc.). 

Rest assured, when the management company (now known as BRD Pensions) joins the Banca Transilvania Financial Group, we will announce this publicly. 😊
