For BT customers only

I'm in a foreign country, I lost my BT card, I blocked it, but I can't go back to get another one. What is the best option to access the money in my account?

Don't worry! 😮 You have more solutions: 

⠀If you have BT Pay, BT24 Internet Banking or Mobile Banking you can transfer the money to another account or card;

⠀If you have a authorized person on your account (who is in Romania) can withdraw the money from your account and deposit it into another account or transfer it to you through the Western Union;

⠀You can ask by e-mail at contact@bancatransilvania.ro reissue and send abroad your card and PIN (by SMS or on paper). If you choose this method, you must send to contact@bancatransilvania.ro a request stating:

⠀identification data;

⠀ address abroad where the card and PIN should be sent;

⠀the phone number where you can be reached;

⠀as well as the fact that you agree to bear the costs of reissuing the card and sending it by courier abroad. 


⠀The letter must have your holographic signature, i.e. you must sign it "by hand". 📝


⠀If you can reach our branch in Rome you can ask for the card to be reissued.
