I have a password on my bank statement and I don't know what it is. How can I find out?

Statement password = the first 6 characters of the ID number + the first 3 letters (first capitalized) of the month of birth. For example, 687963Jan. 😃

P.S. If you've changed your ID, but haven't updated your details, you can do it directly from BT Pay or here on website.
