Yes, limits are set according to your age:
If you are between 8-14 years of age and do not have an account opened in your own name with the bank, but a BT kiddo card attached to a parent's sub-account:
minimum limit per transfer: £5
maximum limit per transfer/card/day: 500 RON for requesting or receiving money from the parent who set up your connection

If you are between 14-18 years of age and do not have an account opened in your name at the bank, but a card attached to a parent's sub-account:
minimum limit per transfer: 5 RON
maximum limit per transfer/card/day: 2.000 RON for receiving money

 
If you are between 14-18 years old and have an account and a card issued in your name at the bank:
send a maximum of 500 lei (100 euro)
receive a maximum of 2.000 lei (400 euro)
