I made a wrong payment in BT Ultra. How do I cancel it?

To cancel a payment, you need to send a message with all the payment details and the cancellation reason via the secure messaging of the application or by e-mail to btultra@btrl.ro. If your request meets all the conditions and the payment has not been settled, it can be canceled.
