I have BT Pay but don't see all the features. What do I do?

To benefit from the full functionality of BT Pay, you need to go through an identification process and set a PIN code.

Please reinstall the app, follow the identification steps and set your PIN.

If you don't want your biometric data to be processed, you can go to any BT branch to activate BT Pay.
