Does the subscription also ensure 0 commission on interbank collections?

All current account subscriptions offer zero commission on interbank receipts.

In the case of the Salut and Student subscriptions, in order to benefit from zero commission on interbank payments, you must be careful to collect at least 300 lei each month, otherwise you will be charged commission on each interbank payment.
