Go to the menu "Products", tap on "My cards" and go to the end of the list. Press the "I want new card" and choose the BT branch from which you want to collect it. That's it!

In NeoBT Internet Banking:

You can request a new card from Dashboard (in the "Cards") or from the "Products". Enjoy using it!
